• Content Submission: You grant Audience Pool a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works from the submitted content.
• Moral Rights: You waive moral rights to allow Audience Pool and brands to edit or modify content as needed.

• You are the sole owner and creator of the submitted content.
• No copyrighted, third-party, or unlicensed material is included.
• All necessary permissions and model/property releases have been obtained.
• Content must not violate laws or Audience Pool's community guidelines.

• Creators receive rewards when their content is approved and downloaded or selected in tenders/campaigns.
• Minimum payout is 10 USD; payouts are monthly via Stripe or bank transfer.
• 20% platform fee + transaction fees apply.
• Creators are responsible for taxes and providing required tax information.
• Brands must pre-fund wallets before launching campaigns or tenders.
• No refunds unless Audience Pool is at fault; funds can be reused for other campaigns.
• Brands must approve/reject submissions within 7 days. Disputes may lead to a payment hold.

• Audience Pool and partners may use licensed content for marketing without extra compensation.
• Brands may use content per agreed campaign terms.
• Usage rights cannot be revoked after licensing unless mutually agreed.

• Deleting your account does not affect licensed content.
• Audience Pool may remove content or accounts violating these terms.
• Disputes regarding ownership may lead to content suspension until resolved.

• Audience Pool is not liable for third-party misuse of content.
• You agree to indemnify Audience Pool against any claims resulting from violations.

• Terms may be updated. Continued use = acceptance.
• Governed by UAE and Dubai law.
• This Agreement is the full agreement between you and Audience Pool.
