By submitting your content, you grant Audience Pool a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the content in connection with the service provided by the platform and across different media including promotion of the service. This license extends to our use of your content on social media platforms and other marketing channels.

Upon publishing, you agree that ownership rights of the content are transferred to Audience Pool. You waive all rights to ownership, and acknowledge that the content may be used, altered, or distributed by Audience Pool without any obligation to provide you compensation or recognition.

Audience Pool reserves the right to remove or modify any content at any time if it is found that the content violates these terms and conditions, or for any other reason at the discretion of Audience Pool without prior notice. This includes adjustments necessary to fit the content within the social media formats and guidelines.

By submitting your content, you understand and agree that it may be shared across various social media platforms under the discretion of Audience Pool. You consent to the exposure and public sharing of your content in this manner, which may include but is not limited to posts, stories, and advertisements.
