Terms for Tender Submission

for Audience Pool

This document outlines the terms and conditions for content submissions in response to a tender issued by the brand. By submitting content, participants agree to these terms.

Submission Requirements
  • All content must be original and created solely by the participant.
  • Submissions must not include copyrighted material, trademarks, or third-party assets without permission.
  • Participants must have all necessary approvals, including model and property releases if applicable.
Content Usage & Ownership
  • The brand has the right to review all submissions but is not obligated to use them.
  • Ownership transfers to the brand upon payment for selected content.
  • Non-selected content remains the property of the creator and cannot be used by the brand without further agreement.
Payment & Compensation
  • Payment will only be made for approved and selected content.
  • Compensation details will be outlined in the tender brief.
  • Payments will be processed within a specified timeframe after approval.
Confidentiality

Participants must not disclose details of the tender or any proprietary brand information.

Compliance & Conduct
  • Content must align with ethical guidelines and comply with relevant laws.
  • Submissions must not contain misleading, defamatory, or offensive material.
  • The brand reserves the right to reject any submission that does not meet its standards.
Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be addressed through Audience Pool’s chat between the brand and the user.

Audience Pool has the right to waive mediation, however can be involved at its discretion.

The brand holds no liability for external agreements beyond the platform’s scope.

Modifications & Termination

The brand reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel the tender at its discretion unless it has been awarded.

Changes will be communicated through the Audience Pool platform.

Agreement

Submission of content constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

These terms ensure clarity, protection, and alignment between brands and creators submitting content through tenders on Audience Pool.
