Terms of Use / End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (“Terms”, “EULA”) govern your use of the Audience Pool platform and related services. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. License to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to download and use the Audience Pool app solely for your personal or internal business use in connection with creating, submitting, viewing, or managing content and campaigns on the platform.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app or any part of the service, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or other security breach.

4. User‑Generated Content

The platform allows users to upload and submit content (“Content”), including images, videos, and text. You are solely responsible for the Content you submit and for ensuring it complies with all applicable laws and third‑party rights.

  • You confirm that you own or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions for the Content you upload.
  • You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable.
  • You agree not to upload content that infringes any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other proprietary rights of any person or entity.

5. License You Grant to Audience Pool

By submitting Content to the platform, you grant Audience Pool and its partners a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, sublicensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and perform the Content in connection with operating and promoting the platform and related services, including use in social media and advertising.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users’ accounts.
  • You must not use the service to send spam, scams, or other unauthorized communications.
  • You must not use bots or automated methods to artificially inflate views, likes, or other metrics.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the platform may be provided through auto‑renewable subscriptions. The title, price, and length of each subscription will be displayed clearly on the purchase screen in your local currency. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

Apple App Store Additional Terms

This End User License Agreement is between you and Audience Pool, not Apple Inc. Apple is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the app. Any claims relating to the app must be directed to Audience Pool, not Apple.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Audience Pool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data arising out of your use of the platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify this EULA from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
